Semino Rossi has seen the past few months as a welcome opportunity to reflect on himself, his feelings and life in peace and quiet – with partly surprising results, as he proves on his album planned for spring 2022: a longplayer that is bursting with an irrepressible lust for life and on which Semino Rossi extends a heartfelt invitation to all his fans who have had to wait so long for new music with the title “Heute hab ich Zeit für dich”. Because what is more valuable these days than giving away one’s time? All songs were once again created in collaboration with producer Thorsten Brötzmann (Helene Fischer, Ben Zucker, Kerstin Ott, among others).

With »Das verflixte 7. Jahr« Semino is drawing on the successful sound of his 2017 studio album. The Argentinian singer is fresher and more modern with more of a dance feeling than ever before, while simultaneously proving his incomparable sense for the biggest feelings, which he immediately conveys through his unmistakeable, velvety voice. It’s a musical mix which goes straight to the heart: something his fans have always known and loved him for!

The new album was once again produced by Thorsten Brötzmann (Helene Fischer, Howard Carpendale and many more), who was also responsible for Semino Rossi’s last album. The new studio album, »So ist das Leben«, by Semino Rossi is available to order now as a CD or as a limited fan box with bonus content.

On 23rd of June, 2017, probably the most successful male schlager star of the past 15 years released his new album ‘Ein Teil von mir’. It was the starting point for collaboration between Semino Rossi and Ariola, the best established schlager record label in Germany. The album landed at 1st place on the Austrian album charts and came in at 2nd place and the Swiss and 4th place on the German charts: a sensational success!

The first single ‘Wir sind im Herzen jung’ was already a huge hit and the follow-up single, Muy Bien, really took off in the playlists. Semino enthusiastically describes his new single as a ‘real summer hit’. Yet, there were two good reasons for waiting until September to release this summer hit. Firstly, it’s predecessor, the single ‘Wir sind im Herzen jung’, was justifiably described as the most successful Semino Rossi single of all time! It stayed at 1st place on the German airplay charts for weeks, brought Semino TV show appearance after TV show appearance was demanded again and again by fans. As simple as it seems: the song need more time!

With the gift edition and gift box of the successful album, Semino has now also released a TV special of Ein Teil von mir, recorded in Mallorca. There are also four remixes, his new hits and a duet with Helmut Lotti. The track Una Vez is a collaboration between two fantastic singers, who are also great friends behind the scenes.

‘Ein Teil von mir’: The theme is music, home and family. These are the three most important things in Semino Rossi’s life. The album track ‘Zuhaus ist da, wo man dich liebt’ combines all three elements. The song is a beautiful musical statement about personal values, roots and life paths. In 1985, Semino Rossi came to Austria from Spain. It’s no secret that he was born and raised in Argentina. “Now, I feel at home in Austria,” he says, “I have lived in Austria longer than I have lived in Argentina. But my heart is split in two and a part of me will always stay in Argentina. My former home gave me my history.” His almost fairytale-like life story is that of a street musician who waited a long time for his success. “I have experienced beautiful things, but there is also a balance of good and less pleasant experiences. Today, I can enjoy my good fortune, because I have also experienced difficult times.” Adding the beautiful statement: “I love Austria because this is where I became a contented human being.”
